INDIANAPOLIS (April 21, 2026) – Pragmatico, an AI adoption and transformation company, today announced the acquisition of Cogentic Labs, an AI product studio, and the appointment of Cogentic founder Terralynn (TJ) Forsyth as co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO). The acquisition brings dedicated product development capability in-house and adds a third co-founder with deep experience building AI-native software.
“The Cogentic acquisition and TJ joining as Co-founder and Chief Product Officer marks a significant milestone for Pragmatico and our clients,” said Santi Jaramillo, Pragmatico co-founder and co-CEO. “We spent the last year proving that AI transformation is a cultural problem, not a technology problem. What TJ brings, and what the Cogentic acquisition makes possible, is the product infrastructure to make that transformation visible, measurable, and improvable over time. That’s what our clients need next, and we are now positioned to build it."
Forsyth founded Cogentic Labs in 2024 as an AI product studio focused on extending the reach of founders and operators through AI-native build processes. Cogentic’s development methodology compressed development timelines and costs by 50-100 percent across multiple client engagements. These methods and technical frameworks will be integrated into Pragmatico's product and delivery operations.
As CPO, Forsyth will focus on productizing Pragmatico’s proven service delivery model and building out Pragmatico’s AI-native technical team.
“Technology that empowers rather than replaces everyday workers has been the through-line of my career, and Santi and Randy have built Pragmatico around the same belief,” said TJ Forsyth, Pragmatico co-founder and chief product officer. "Pragmatico's transformation methodology and Cogentic's product methodology are a natural pairing, and I'm looking forward to building the framework and tooling that gives every worker and every organization we serve the full picture of what AI transformation makes possible over time.”
Before founding Cogentic, Forsyth served as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at FutureFit AI, where she led product and data teams building AI-driven workforce tools that helped more than 100,000 job seekers navigate career transitions across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Her work centered on making AI practical and accessible for everyday workers: helping people develop new skills, find their footing in a changing labor market, and build confidence with tools that used to feel out of reach. FutureFit AI published research through the OECD and World Economic Forum and has been recognized in Harvard Business Review, The Economist, and the Financial Times.
The Cogentic Labs acquisition marks the next stage in Pragmatico’s rapid growth. The company saw nearly 20x revenue growth in its first 12 months of operation and has attracted a growing roster of mid-market clients, including Audiochuck, Indiana Farm Bureau, Connico, and Prime Hospitality Group. Pragmatico’s flagship offering, the AI Cultural Adoption System, has helped organizations like Audiochuck achieve 90+ percent AI adoption in 90 days, with team members reporting time savings of more than 10 hours per person per week.
