INDIANAPOLIS (July 7, 2026) – Pragmatico, an AI cultural transformation company, announced today that it has more than doubled its client roster and team since December 2025 and delivered measurable, seven-figure productivity results for clients deploying Pragmatico’s flagship AI Culture Catalyst offering. 

Pragmatico’s new clients span insurance, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, and consumer brands. They include Top 50 CPA firm Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM), InterVest Capital Partners, Authenticx, Neowork, and Great Lakes Capital.

New insurance-sector clients include MMG Insurance and SIHO Insurance Services as Pragmatico sets the standard for measurable AI transformation in insurance companies.

Pragmatico’s flagship AI Culture Catalyst offering recently moved 44 senior leaders at Indiana Farmers Insurance (IFI) from a majority of non-users to 92 percent daily AI adoption in 16 weeks. Those leaders now save a combined 218 hours per week, the equivalent of 5.4 full-time roles, or roughly $1.05 million in annual time savings. Leader confidence in using AI effectively climbed from 19 percent to 77 percent over the same period. With leadership adoption proven, IFM's company-wide rollout to all 250 employees is now underway.

Similarly, Prime Hospitality Group, a multi-concept hospitality company operating 12 Ruth's Chris Steak House locations and a portfolio of hotels and cafes, saw measurable results from the AI Culture Catalyst offering, which moved 21 senior leaders’ confidence in using AI from 24 percent to 81 percent in 14 weeks. Those leaders are now saving a combined 252 hours per week, roughly $900,000 in annualized productivity recaptured. The program has since expanded to more than 55 knowledge workers across seven states, with zero drop-off from the initial leadership cohort.

In April 2026, Pragmatico announced the acquisition of Cogentic Labs, an AI product studio. The acquisition brings dedicated AI product development capability in-house. Cogentic's development methodology, which compressed development timelines and costs by 50 to 100 percent across multiple engagements, is being integrated into Pragmatico's product and delivery operations as the company works to productize its proven service delivery model and help clients redesign their core workflows to be AI-enabled.
