Randy Stocklin has joined Pragmatico as co-founder and co-CEO. Stocklin is the founding partner of holding company Zeal, and former co-founder and CEO of One Click Ventures, an Inc. 5000 direct-to-consumer eyewear company. One Click earned numerous national and state accolades for growth and culture, including Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures and Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work. In 2018, One Click was acquired by FGX, an EssilorLuxottica company. EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in eyewear, with a portfolio of renowned brands including Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Foster Grant. As Pragmatico co-founder and co-CEO, Stocklin will help drive client outcomes, shape the company’s financial strategy, and build operational systems to support the company's rapidly growing AI transformation portfolio.

Stocklin’s appointment follows an explosive year of growth for Pragmatico. The company has seen nearly 2,000 percent revenue growth in its first 12 months of operation and led AI workflow consulting and upskilling for companies like Cornerstone Advertising, Threefold, Palmer Trucking and more. Pragmatico recently launched its flagship offering, the AI Cultural Adoption System, which has attracted clients including Indiana Farmers Insurance, Connico, Prime Hospitality Group, Michiana Contracting and Audiochuck, the creator of Crime Junkie, the first podcast to reach 500 million streams on Spotify.

- Partnership Channel Lead: Build a nationwide partner program, beginning with IT managed services providers, to generate qualified client referrals.
- Client Delivery Lead: Drive customer success and shape the playbook for our customer success function.
- AI Trainer: Client-facing AI educator who will evolve and deliver AI training programs that build long-term capability and adoption within organizations.
- Chief of Staff: Act as a force multiplier for the founders by managing special projects, coordinating across functions, and building operational infrastructure.
- Marketing Content Lead (Part-time): Transform our strategic narrative into consistent content across LinkedIn, email, speaking, and partnerships.
